Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your Sunny with an A purchase, we are happy to accept returns if the item is returned unworn, with all tags, and in its original purchased condition.
- Within 30 days of your original purchase we will provide a full credit card refund, facilitate an exchange or provide store credit for our website. We cannot credit shipping fees.
- After 30 days from your original purchase, we can no longer offer a return, exchange or store credit.
- At this time, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or store credits for items that are not returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Thank you for your support!
To initiate an exchange or return, please follow below instructions.
- Please request a return or exchange via email by sending an email to sana@sunnywithana.com.
- Once you have received approval by email to return the item, please ship it to the address provided in your return instructions.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. We recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation on your return just to be safe. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Sunny with an A to refund your credit card upon receipt.
Gift orders are eligible for store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the item. This store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders on sunnywithana.com.
